You don't need to be an experienced paddle boarder or yogi to give it a go. Taking Yoga to the water is great for those wishing to enhance their established yoga practise, equally suitable for beginners or someone looking for a workout or to relax and unwind in nature.
Our session takes the traditional practise of yoga to the water, using the paddle board as your floating yoga mat! Perfect for first timers or those regulars. £30 per person.
